Small World Solutions delivers highly interactive workshops on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion with Cultural Humility, allowing participants to understand the many ways people are different from one another. Showing that Diversity is counting heads, Equity is knowing the different needs of each head, and Inclusion is making sure every head counts. Promoting a culture of prevention in regards to discrimination, is an essential ingredient of humility. We can have differences within our own families, social groups, communities, cities, and so on, and yet still find common ground to address challenges and create optimal team functioning. The Cultural Humility portion of the workshop identifies methods in dealing with those differences. By recognizing, understanding, and accepting that individuals may see things differently, we can all continue to grow. This is a lifelong process.
